Announcing Arivoli : Cleaner Layout, Faster Performance & Enhanced Privacy

At Arivoli, our goal has always been to simplify your daily life through smart AI automation while maintaining the highest standard of data privacy and user trust.

Today, we are announcing an important update regarding our features: we have officially phased out and removed the Automatic SMS Logging (Auto SMS Log) feature from the Arivoli app.

Why We Made This Decision

We believe in full transparency with our community. The decision to remove automatic SMS parsing was guided by three core principles:

  1. Uncompromising User Privacy
Your SMS inbox contains sensitive, personal, and highly confidential information—including OTPs, personal messages, and security alerts. Even though Arivoli operated with a strict local-first privacy model, removing background SMS access ensures that your messages remain 100% private and untouched on your device.

  1. Google Play Store Policy & Platform Compliance
Google Play maintains strict rules regarding SMS and Call Log permissions (RECEIVE_SMS / READ_SMS) to safeguard user Android devices. By discontinuing background SMS reading, Arivoli aligns completely with modern Play Store security policies and best practices.

  1. Optimized Battery Life & Performance
Running background listeners to monitor incoming text messages consumes system resources and battery. Removing this feature reduces background activity, giving you a faster, lighter, and more energy-efficient app experience.

Our Commitment to You

We sincerely appreciate your support as we refine Arivoli into a faster, safer, and more privacy-focused smart assistant. Your security and peace of mind will always remain our top priority.
