Arivoli ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our smart assistant services.

## 1. Data Collection and Usage

### Local Data Storage

Arivoli is built as a **local-first** application. All core data you create, including:

*   Reminders and Alarms

*   Notes and Tasks

*   Command History (your interactions with the AI)

is stored **exclusively on your mobile device**. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers for storage or tracking.

### AI Processing (Google Gemini)

To provide natural language processing (NLP) features, Arivoli utilizes the **Google Gemini API**. 

*   When you speak or type a command, the text is sent to Google's servers for immediate processing.

*   This data transfer is **transient**. We do not store your prompts on our servers after the response is generated.

### In-App Purchases

Arivoli offers a "PRO" version handled via **Google Play Billing**. We do not collect or store your payment card details. All transactions are processed securely by Google.

Arivoli requires the following permissions to function correctly:

*   **Microphone**: For voice command recognition.

*   **Notifications**: To alert you of scheduled alarms and reminders.

*   **Storage/Media**: To allow you to pick custom alarm sounds from your device and save backups.

## 3. Data Sharing

We **do not sell, trade, or share** your personal data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Google Gemini for the sole purpose of executing your voice/text commands.

## 4. Data Deletion

Since all data is local, you have full control over its deletion:

*   **In-App**: You can clear your command history or delete individual reminders, alarms, and notes in the app settings.

*   **Uninstallation**: Deleting the Arivoli app will permanently remove all data stored by the App on your device.
