Arivoli ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Arivoli smart assistant and its related features.
Arivoli is designed with a local-first approach. Much of the information you create in the app remains on your device. However, certain features use third-party services, including Google Gemini, Google Play Billing, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), as described below.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Local Data Storage
Arivoli is built as a local-first application. Core information that you create or manage in the app may include:
Reminders and alarms
Notes and tasks
Command history and interactions with the AI
Budget notebook logs and lifestyle expense notes
Other information created and stored through the app's local features
Budget notebook logs and lifestyle expense notes are entered strictly by the user through manual input or real-time voice dictation. Arivoli does not perform background banking synchronization or automated financial data scraping.
Where information is stored locally by Arivoli, it remains on your mobile device. Arivoli does not operate its own server for storing your personal reminders, alarms, notes, command history, or other locally stored app content.
AI Processing — Google Gemini
To provide natural-language processing and AI assistant features, Arivoli uses the Google Gemini API.
When you use an AI feature:
Text or other information necessary to process your request may be transmitted to Google's servers for processing.
Voice commands are converted into text before the relevant command information is processed by the AI service.
The information necessary to generate the requested AI response is transmitted to Google for processing.
Arivoli does not operate its own server to permanently store your AI prompts or responses.
The handling of information by Google is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and service terms.
Please avoid entering highly sensitive or confidential information into AI requests unless you are comfortable with it being transmitted to the applicable AI service for processing.

In-App Purchases — Google Play Billing
Arivoli offers optional PRO features through Google Play Billing.
Payments and transactions are processed by Google Play. Arivoli does not collect or store your payment card number or other direct payment credentials.
Google Play may provide the app with information necessary to determine the status of an in-app purchase or subscription, such as the purchased product and purchase status.
Arivoli uses this information to determine whether PRO features should be available.

Analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase
Arivoli uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, improve the user experience, monitor app performance, and measure relevant marketing activity.
Depending on the configuration of the app and Google's services, information processed by Analytics may include:
App launches
Screen views
Sessions and app usage events
In-app purchase events
Device-related information
Advertising identifiers and other identifiers used by Google services
Diagnostic and technical information
Analytics information may be used to understand app usage, improve the app, measure marketing performance, and understand conversions such as PRO upgrades.
Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies.
You can manage advertising-related settings, including your Android advertising ID and personalized advertising preferences, through the controls provided by Android and Google.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
Arivoli uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements to users who use the free version of the app.
The advertising implementation may include:
Banner advertisements
Native Advanced advertisements
These advertisements may appear in selected normal-use areas of the Arivoli application, including:
Reminders
Alarms
Finance / Money
Notes
Timer
Advertising is not placed on every screen of the application.
Arivoli does not use interstitial, rewarded, or app-open advertisements as part of this advertising implementation.
Advertisements are not displayed in dedicated purchase or upgrade screens, settings, data export/import areas, voice-command controls, or full-screen alarm and reminder alert screens.
PRO Users and Advertisements
Users who have an applicable Arivoli PRO entitlement are not shown Arivoli advertisements.
This includes:
Active monthly PRO subscribers
Lifetime PRO purchasers
Recognized legacy PRO users
Advertising visibility is determined by Arivoli's existing PRO entitlement state.
Information Used for Advertising
Google Mobile Ads may collect and process certain information automatically for purposes such as:
Delivering advertisements
Measuring advertising performance
Preventing fraud and abuse
Maintaining security
Diagnosing and improving advertising and SDK performance
Depending on the applicable service configuration, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, this information may include:
IP address
Device characteristics
Device and advertising identifiers
App and user interactions with the app or advertisements
Diagnostic and performance information
General location information derived from network information
Arivoli does not intentionally request or collect precise GPS location solely for advertising purposes.
Google states that information collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
For users in regions where applicable privacy and consent requirements apply, Arivoli uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide privacy and consent choices.
Consent information is handled through Google's consent-management system. Where required, users may be presented with a consent message before advertisements are requested.
Users may be presented with options to:
Consent to applicable advertising purposes
Manage their privacy choices
Decline consent where the applicable consent message provides that option
Arivoli respects the applicable consent choices provided through the consent-management system.
Where applicable, users will also be provided with a way to review or withdraw their consent choices.
Google's UMP system may process consent choices relating to advertising and analytics purposes, including ad storage, ad personalization, ad user data, and analytics storage.

3. Permissions
Arivoli may request the following Android permissions or capabilities where required by the app's features:
Microphone
The microphone is used for voice-command recognition and voice-based interaction.
Audio is processed to provide the requested voice functionality. Arivoli does not use the microphone for continuous background recording.
Notifications
Notifications are used to provide scheduled reminders, alarms, timers, and other relevant app notifications.
Storage / Media
Storage or media access may be used where required to allow you to select custom alarm sounds, access media selected by you, or save backups or other user-requested content.
Advertising ID
Where applicable, Google advertising services may use the Android Advertising ID or other advertising-related identifiers for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, or related purposes.
You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID and advertising preferences through the controls provided by your Android device and Google.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
Arivoli does not sell your personal information.
Arivoli may transmit or make information available to third-party services when necessary to provide specific app functionality.
These services include:
Google Gemini — for AI processing of requests submitted through AI features.
Google Play Billing — for processing and verifying in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Google Analytics for Firebase — for app analytics, performance measurement, and relevant marketing measurement.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — for displaying and measuring advertisements to free users and for advertising-related services.
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Arivoli does not operate its own advertising server, user-profile database, or cloud storage system for your locally created reminders, alarms, notes, command history, or other local app content.
5. Data Deletion and User Control
Because much of Arivoli's core data is stored locally, you have control over the deletion of that locally stored information.

Where supported by the app, you can delete or clear information such as:
AI command history
Reminders
Alarms
Notes
Tasks
Other locally stored content
Uninstallation
Uninstalling Arivoli removes the application's locally stored data from the device, subject to Android's operating-system behavior and any information that may separately be retained by third-party services.
Third-Party Services
Information processed independently by Google or another third-party service is subject to that provider's own retention and deletion policies.

6. Security
We use reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by Arivoli.
Where applicable, locally stored information is protected using Android's security mechanisms and local storage protections.
Information transmitted to third-party services is transmitted using secure communication mechanisms provided by those services.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Arivoli is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, please contact us using the address below.
Where applicable, advertising and consent handling will follow the requirements of the relevant advertising and privacy frameworks.
